Collaborative Notes, integrated within the Loop ecosystem, remain synchronized across shared platforms like Outlook, Teams chat, Loop app, Word for the web, and Whiteboard. Prior to meetings, initiate Collaborative Notes in Teams chat or email to collectively shape the agenda. This approach encourages everyone to contribute regardless of their preferred Microsoft app.
In the meeting, participants can add last-minute agenda items, co-edit notes, and allocate tasks in real-time. The top section reveals active collaborators, and clicking on text displays authorship. Project leaders and contributors can share these notes during and post-meeting, perpetuating project momentum and efficiency.
Beyond the meeting, teams can update notes, mark tasks as completed, and append new follow-up items from any app. Captured tasks synchronize with ToDo & Planner, ensuring automatic reminders for accountability.
As Loop components, transitioning Collaborative Notes from meetings to the Loop app facilitates continued progress. Adding components to a Loop workspace consolidates project essentials. In the upcoming integration with OneNote, collaborative meeting notes will seamlessly integrate into notebooks, enabling further editing and consolidation.
