What’s better than getting recognition and accolades from industry experts and analysts? Well, I would suggest being celebrated by our satisfied customers is really the ultimate validation that a vendor can receive.

The survey was completed by more than 4,000 IT managers worldwide, in mid-market and enterprise businesses with 300 or more employees.

Founded in 1979, EMG is one of the top communications research and consulting businesses in the world, investigates and advises clients on market behavior and best practices. Their global study, which explores twelve measures across the dimensions of product, vendor experience, and customer delight, is one of the most comprehensive of its kind in our industry today.

In particular, customers said Atos Unify stood out in the areas of products and technology, customer support, installation, billing, and management tools. 91% of respondents reported that they would be ‘Likely’ to recommend Atos Unify to a friend.
