With Bria Team’s team voice service, users can make HD audio and video calls to other team members. Team voice is cloud hosted, so as long as there is a public internet connection, team members are able to communicate regardless of location. Using team voice, internal communication works anywhere. This is in contrast to using a PBX, premise-hosted communication solution, which may only accessible when you are physically in the building, or over a VPN.


Each Bria Teams subscription also comes with the ability to add up to 5 separate SIP accounts, however these accounts do not need to be used for internal team communication. You can keep your own VoIP server plan minutes for external communication. Users don’t need to dial personal phone numbers to call their team members.

All calls on Team Voice are also encrypted for privacy. Audio calls with up to 10 other members are possible, while video calls with up to three team members are supported. Teams can get talking face-to-face or through audio calls from wherever they are working from. The HD audio and video service uses OPUS and VP8 codecs, which provide a more lifelike audio that is pleasing to the ear. We also offer video support on Team Voice for two-way video calls, up to 1080p. This is ideal because external PBXs don’t always support HD audio for SIP extension calling.
