SmartCloud enhancements

As part of the natural evolution of the product and after listening to our customers, in this new version we have incorporated the following functionalities:

  • SDK module that will allow integrating SmartCloud with external applications.
  • New WebRTC video call channel to establish video calls with your customers from anywhere.
  • New license control interface. Manage and decide how many licenses you want to use each month in SmartCloud and control your costs.

Security and privacy

  • New Single Sign-On (SSO) service that allows a 100% secure verification of your Contact Center users, aligned with your company’s security processes.
  • SSO also simplifies the login process for your teams, allowing you to unify Presence Suite account management.
  • Data encryption. Securely store your data thanks to the complete encryption of the database.

Other Enhancements

  • Improve the user experience of your webchat channel.
  • New Presence Recording High Availability service
  • Improvements in Reports, Surveys, Scripting, etc., and many more!
