Q-KON and Vox Extend their Partnership to Encompass LEO services

Building on the success of their existing relationship, Q-KON and Vox are proud to announce that Vox has now signed up as a OneWeb Partner with Q-KON, provider of Twoobii Super Smart Satellite Solutions to enterprise customers.

Vox’s stellar reputation as a B2B satellite connectivity solutions provider has made them very attractive to providers of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) solutions, and Q-KON is delighted to confirm that Vox has settled on Twoobii-OneWeb as their LEO partner.

Enterprise customers of Vox can now take advantage of the established benefits of LEO satellite constellations, including reduced latency, exceptional network reliability and higher data transfer speeds. With robust connectivity assured, Vox customers can use the Twoobii-OneWeb offering as either a frontline connectivity solution, or as a backup to legacy terrestrial systems.

The partnership between Vox and Q-KON has enabled a previously underserviced sector of the market to start using reliable voice services over / Satellite, in addition to the enterprise services with defined Quality of Service (QoS) configurations.

“Securing Vox as a Twoobii-OneWeb reseller represents a valuable extension of our existing partnership and being able to provide world-class LEO services to enterprise customers throughout southern Africa further strengthens the business case for satellite connectivity across all sectors,” commented Hendrik Bezuidenhout, Account Director: Key Accounts for Q-KON. “OneWeb LEO services will further enhance the connectivity options available to our B2B customers,” he added.

“Signing up as a OneWeb Partner with Q-KON makes perfect sense as it allows both companies and all our customers to benefit from synergies and added value across the board,” outlined Theo van Zyl, Head of Wireless Solutions for Vox. “African enterprise customers can now look forward to enjoying all the additional benefits of LEO satellite connectivity,” he added.

“At Vox, we’ve always based our growth on building partnerships with trusted technology companies. Now that we are a partner of the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO service through Q-KON, we can go to market with a full suite of connectivity options,” added Kathleen Morris, Satellite Product Manager at Vox.
