This involves custom-designed metrics for monitoring, tools for content analysis, including AI-driven voice analytics that measure conversation pace, volume, pitch, tonality, and track specific keywords – all compliant with current regulatory requirements, which also means that sensitive personal data will be deleted from the call recordings to prevent exposure and theft.
