Openserve: Network Fault impacts voice services

Please be advised that our high-level support personnel are currently engaging with vendor technical support teams to isolate and resolve a fault that is currently impacting voice services.

Voice services have been largely impacted since 07:00 this morning with intermittent call termination failures.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and assure you that our Centre Operations team is currently handling the matter as a high priority failure. The team is committed to doing everything it possibly can to fully restore voices services in the shortest time possible.

For any further queries, please contact your dedicated Sales Manager or your Network Service Manager. Our Service Management Team will liaise closely with the Technical Team and keep you updated accordingly.
