On March 1st, Enghouse launched the new version Presence SmartCloud v12.1, its Contact Center solution in the private cloud.

What’s new?

  • SDK module that will allow you to integrate SmartCloud with external applications or create your own developments under SmartCloud technology.
  • New video call channel through WebRTC to establish video calls with your customers with a simple browser.
  • New Social Networking channel that allows you to interact with customers through instant messaging and social networking solutions.
  • New license control interface. Monitor, manage and decide how many licenses to use in SmartCloud and control your costs in real-time.
