Enghouse Interactive: New version of Presence Smartcloud, what’s new?

On March 1st, Enghouse launched the new version Presence SmartCloud v12.1, its Contact Center solution in the private cloud.

What’s new?

SDK module that will allow you to integrate SmartCloud with external applications or create your own developments under SmartCloud technology.
New video call channel through WebRTC to establish video calls with your customers with a simple browser.
New Social Networking channel that allows you to interact with customers through instant messaging and social networking solutions.
New license control interface. Monitor, manage and decide how many licenses to use in SmartCloud and control your costs in real-time.
