We are pleased to announce that from the 1st of October 2020, Nashua Communications (PTY) Ltd has joined the +OneX group. +OneX is part of the Reunert Group that was founded in 1888 and is listed on the JSE in 1948 and is a constituent of the FTSE/JSE responsible Investment Index. Reunert is an industrial group with a portfolio pf businesses in its Applied Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and ICT segments. As of the 1st of October 2020, the branding for Nashua Communications (Pty) Ltd has changed to +OneX Communications.
In addition, the legal entity name of Nashua Communications (Pty) Ltd changed to Plus1X Communications (Pty) Ltd. There are no changes to the legal entity in terms of, company registration number, VAT number, Banking details or any other information.
