MetriNote – AudioCodes Adds Operator Connect Integration to Live Cloud

What’s the news?

January 10, 2022 – AudioCodes has introduced Microsoft Operator Connect integration for AudioCodes Live Cloud, its white-label platform that enables carriers to quickly deliver PSTN connectivity for Microsoft Teams. The introduction also adds an enhanced customer portal capability to support multiple customers. Audio Codes Live Cloud provides Live Cloud as a fully hosted and managed solution, leveraging AudioCodes session border controllers and Microsoft Azure Active Directory for authentication management. The new features enable Live Cloud customers to support both Operator Connect and Direct Routing deployments.
