Aspect Announces ACE 2020 Customer Experience Event

Annual user conference features industry speakers, technology roadmaps and CX-focused breakout sessions, proctored certification exams and networking opportunities

Aspect announced today, registration is open for its annual ACE user conference and customer experience forum, to be held Sept. 14-17, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event attracts contact center executives and workforce management leaders from all regions, across a wide range of industries, for three days of collaborative discussions, networking, keynote speakers and a deep-dive into the Aspect solutions powering many of the world’s largest enterprise contact centers.

One of the unique benefits of attending ACE 2020 is the Aspect U program, a dedicated program to help attendees complete and achieve their Aspect Professional Certification in the solution area of their choice – Aspect® Workforce Management, Aspect® Unified IP® or Aspect® CXP. Attendees can take advantage of live, in-person training, exam study groups and 1:1 coaching, as well as proctored exams offered at convenient times throughout the ACE schedule of events.
