The SABC and SuperSport have announced an agreement which will allow the SABC to broadcast the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup.
The pair have been involved in extensive negotiations and both parties said they were pleased the agreement has been concluded.
Certain World Cup matches will be broadcast live on SABC, while others will only be available on a delayed basis or via a highlights package.
The SABC said it will announce more details regarding its broadcasting schedule of the matches shortly.
SuperSport has also announced that it will broadcast a dedicated 24-hour channel for the Cricket World Cup, and is an official broadcaster of the tournament.
