V16 Update 6a is now available for download including important fixes for audio / video conferences, CRM integration and more. In addition, we’ve also released a version of 3CX Windows App. Read on for details.

What’s in the update

Update 6a delivers the following important fixes to these known issues:

• Deletion of the CFD app from the Management Console which caused the deletion of other audio folders for other CFD apps.
• Editing of extensions which caused an internal server error under specific configuration.
• Email not being sent on creating an audio conference if the email address is set to an Extension.
• CRM contact card not being shown.
• DNS resolver on some operating systems.
• Reminder email not being sent for Scheduled Video Conferences.

Improved 3CX App for Windows

With Update 6a, we’ve also enhanced the 3CX App for Windows with fixes to the switchboard and improvements for looking up numbers. View changelog.

How To Upgrade

Click on “Updates” in the Management Console’s Dashboard, select “New 16.0 Update 6a” and click on “Download Selected” to install this update on your PBX.
