Starting with the upcoming release of the 3CX iOS App for V18 Update 8, the app will only support iOS 15 and higher versions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you update your iOS device to iOS 15 or above as soon as possible.
To give you an idea of the iOS models that will be supported, the iPhone 6S, iPhone SE, and any newer models will work perfectly fine with the updated app. For iPad users, the iPad Air 2, iPad Air 3rd generation, and any newer models will be compatible.
It’s important to note that if you have the 3CX iOS App installed on devices running older iOS versions, you will no longer receive any updates. This means you won’t have access to new features, bug fixes, or security patches. To ensure you have the best experience and to stay up to date with the latest enhancements, we highly recommend updating your iOS version.
