3CX Named Twice as Fall Leader 2020 by G2 Crowd

The popular review website aims to offer unbiased customer reviews and analysis on the latest business software available on the market. In addition to customer reviews, videos and discussions, G2 Crowd regularly releases their much anticipated Grid Reports, displaying the top products in various categories.

In their latest Grid Report, 3CX has beat out the title of Contender, Niche and High Performer to be named one of G2 Crowd’s Fall Leaders 2020 in the categories of Contact Center Operations Software and Video Conferencing Software.

In the Leader category, products are awarded based on high ratings by G2 users and substantial market presence. 3CX was a top scorer in meeting user requirements, ease of admin, quality of support, ease of setup and more.
